Collections Representative

DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

Collections Representative. Your efforts will be focused on collecting unearned premiums from insurance carriers and intermediaries. Some contact with debtors is required. This is a full-time position, though responsibilities will include assisting other departments as needed. Experience in collections, insurance, or accounting is preferred. Must be proficient in Excel and have excellent communications skills.

Financial Analyst

DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting, math, statistics or economics. One to three years of experience with a large financial institution is a plus. The candidate should be skilled in Excel and have experience building formula driven spreadsheets, charts and graphs. Visual Basic programming skills are a plus. Other desired characteristics include: outstanding work ethic, positive attitude, aptitude for numbers and proven analytical skills.

Senior Account Manager

DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience in Commercial Lines P&C insurance or premium finance. Management experience is a plus. The primary responsibilities of this position include: managing the customer service team and large client specialization which includes communicating with agency-clients, brokers, and insurance companies.

Other desired characteristics include: an aptitude for customer service, outstanding work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner, customer-friendly, detailed, able to multi-task, and proficient at Microsoft Word. Banking experience and/or familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Vice President of Finance

DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Monthly financial reporting, including:
    o Detailed performance analysis.
    o Preparing reports for Financial Statements.
    o Analyze Reports provided by parent company for division.
  • Perform analytics requested by Senior Management.
  • Manage Financial Analysts in gathering and analyzing company performance data to generate forward decisions.
  • Develop and implement reporting efficiencies (including automation) and other process improvements as needed.
  • Perform analysis to spot trends in business performance and recommend actions to improve efficiencies and maximize economic results.
  • Generate and build analytical tools, including complex financial models, to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply problem solving skills and identify performance of new business segments.
  • Communicate complex financial analysis.
  • Assist in compliance reporting for any federal and state regulators.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or closely related business degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined accounting, finance, banking or audit experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing Income Statements and Balance Sheets.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating charts, models, pivot tables, and v-lookups in Excel.
